If multiple auto-renewable packages are active on a number, each will renew separately if funds are available or after a top-up.
You cannot activate two identical packages simultaneously, except for the 1 GB and 2 GB packages.
The 1 GB and 2 GB packages do not combine with other packages.

How to top up your account?

We use Plus operator top-ups. Enter the 16-digit top-up code: *123*#, press call, and wait for the SMS confirmation. Done!
You can also top up via your banking app – select the Plus operator. or via doladuj.plus.pl

How to activate a service package?

To activate packages, use USSD codes. For example, to activate Giga Mega Klucz enter *136*11*04# and press the call button.
We recommend turning off data during package activation or deactivation.
Activating a new package does not disable other active packages.

How to change a service package?

To change a package, first deactivate the current one via USSD, then activate the new one (codes are in the package descriptions).
Note! Deactivate the package before its validity ends.
Steps: disable the active package → top up your account → activate the new package. Turn off data during this process.
