Registering additional Klucz Mobile numbers

Remember to register your new SIM card – an unregistered card will not work. You can register your SIM card at Plus and Cyfrowy Polsat stores. If you already have a registered Klucz Mobile number, you can register a new number using your existing details.

Step 1. Fill in the form below:

Use this form to register an additional number for someone who already has a number on the Klucz Mobile network.

PESEL (11 digits) or ID card series and number, e.g. ABC123456.

Your current phone number on the Klucz Mobile network

Nine digits, without the country code.

New phone number on the Klucz Mobile network

Step 2. Send an SMS to 727880088 with the text «zarejestruj numer #########», where # is your new Klucz Mobile number.

Step 3. Once your details have been verified, you will receive a message confirming the registration of your new number.
